The property consists of 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, a bright living room, a hallway, 1 toilet, and a modern kitchen. Fully equipped with a comfortable mattress, a Miele washing machine, an LG dishwasher, and plenty of natural light through large windows. Wifi is available, and smoke detectors and a fire extinguisher are installed.

The property is immediately available. Preference is given to two people. Unfortunately, smoking and pets are not allowed, not even on the terrace, due to my asthma and for hygiene reasons.

I am looking for quiet and tidy house sitters who work or study and will take good care of my home while I am traveling.
