Do you want the opportunity to live with friends of your own choice?

I'm looking for someone who wants to rent out an entire 119m2 apartment with four bedrooms and two bathrooms. You can split the rent however you decide between you and your roommates. Registration is possible for all four rooms.

The address is Rederijkerstraat in Den Haag/the Hague.

The apartment comes unfurnished (which means any furniture in the pictures will be removed, unless you come to an arrangement for some items with the current inhabitants) and the rent is without expenses such as gas, internet, etc (utilities).

This is the layout:
* Apartment is on the second & third floor
* The first level has two bedrooms and a large living room. There is also a kitchen on this level and a bathroom with a shower. Separated is a toilet bathroom. There is a balcony next to the kitchen & living room.
* The second level has another two bedrooms and another living area accessible to all. One of the upstairs bedrooms has its own bathroom with a bathtub.
* All bedrooms have space for a desk to study at
