Located in a quiet neighborhood, near the Zuiderpark, with a view over a canal. Only 7 minutes by bike from Holland Spoor and a gym. Public transport (tram / bus / train) are within walking distance.

The house consists of 2 bedrooms, 1 shower + sink, a living room, hall, 1 toilet and a kitchen. The house is fully equipped with mattresses, bedding, a Bosch washing machine, WIFI internet and has a lot of light through the large windows. Smoke detectors and a fire extinguisher are also present.

The house is available until the first week of July, with the possibility of extension. I am looking for a couple or 1 person, who has a job or is studying. For safety and to keep it clean, smoking is not allowed inside, nor are pets. I am looking for quiet and non-nuisance people I am traveling for a longer period of time and am therefore looking for a sitter for my home.
