Lots of green areas in the neighbourhood for outdoor activities as well. Good public transport options available nearby to get around and to commute to Central Station and beyond. 

The apartment is on the 1st floor and is accessible through a closed entrance with doorbells, mailbox followed by the authentic hallway. The apartment has recently been renovated and is properly isolated with double glazing. The bright living- and dining area are featured by a French balcony, original mantelpiece and are comfortably furnished, including study/office area. The adjacent kitchen is equipped with SMEG appliances (stove, oven, dishwasher, fridge with freezer compartment and filtered extractor) and has lots of storage space. The bedroom is located at the rear and has patio doors to the sunny terrace (15m2). The bathroom en-suite features a rain shower, washbasin, Bosch washing machine, multiple cabinets for storage and a separate toilet.
