The complex is located in The Hague – Binckhorst. Within a few minutes you are in The Hague center where you will find all desired amenities such as: various shops, supermarkets, restaurants and cafes. There are also bus stops and the central station is within walking distance. Within about 30 minutes you are on Scheveningen beach and there are plenty of activities / outings in the area. The Hague University of Applied Sciences is approximately 6 minutes by bike, which makes this location perfect for (HBO) students.

The rental price varies (depending on the size) from € 949,- to € 1.070,- per month, including advance payment for G/W/L, service costs and inventory. Rent allowance is not possible.
The deposit is twice the inclusive monthly rental price. 
If desired, it is possible to rent a parking space at the rear site to be closed (parking garage and parking deck) at a monthly rental rate of € 50,-. A storage unit can also be rented for € 50,- per month.
Submitting a valid student statement is mandatory for this location. Only students are allowed to live here.
