The rental end date is flexible and can be discussed. For rent for a minimum of 5,5 months and maximum of 6 months. 

The courtyard house has two floors and is suitable for one person or a couple.

The home has a warm, charming, and authentic atmosphere. You will have access to the entire house, including the living room, bathroom, and bedroom.

The house is located in a courtyard, which is very peaceful, green, and home to friendly neighbors.

Situated in the beautiful Archipel neighborhood in The Hague, it’s a 10-minute bike ride to the beach, 10 minutes to the city center, and 10 minutes to The Hague Central Station.

Everything you need (supermarket, post office, drugstore, bakery, restaurants, organic store, pharmacy, florist, etc.) is within a one-minute walking distance.

The house is rented furnished, but personal belongings will be removed so that you can make it your own home.

The rent includes internet, washing machine, and utilities (gas/water/electricity).

Registration at this address is not possible.

Smoking and pets are not allowed.

We are looking for a reliable working person (or couple) who will respect the tranquility of the courtyard and the house. There is a lot of love in our little home, and we would be happy to see someone live here who can enjoy it with just as much love and joy.
