About the place

I’m renting out my apartment for a period of nine months — from October 1, 2025, to June 30, 2026 — as my girlfriend and I will be traveling during that time. We’re looking for one or two tenants to enjoy our home while we’re away.

It’s a beautiful apartment, originally built in 1909, with charming classic details. The place is fully equipped with everything you need: a washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, large fridge, bathtub, shower, king-size bed, spacious sofa, TV, and all necessary kitchenware.

The apartment is located in the Statenkwartier, a beautiful, classic neighborhood close to the beach. We’re within walking distance of the Frederik Hendriklaan, a charming street full of shops, cafés, and restaurants. There’s also a supermarket and a late-night convenience store just around the corner.
