About the place

I'm going travelling for six months and am subletting my apartment in Duinoord for that period, with the owner's written permission.

The apartment has one bedroom, a bathroom and a living room with an open kitchen, plus a private garden of 30 m², that gets good afternoon sun. It comes fully furnished; my belongings stay in place, so you can move in without having to buy or arrange anything.

Duinoord is a genuinely good area to live in. Shops, supermarkets and cafés are all within walking distance, tram and bus stops are two minutes from the door, and the central station is a fifteen-minute cycle. 

The rental period is six months; exact dates are listed above. An extension of one or two months is negotiable. After that I move back in myself, so this is explicitly a temporary arrangement with a fixed end date.

Suitable for one person or a couple. I'm not able to rent to two separate tenants.
