About the place

I am looking for 1 tenant  that wants to live in a nice apartment with 3 bedrooms and a nice living room. 
I am the only other person living there so there is plenty of space and since I’m barely using the third bedroom I don’t mind it being used by my future housemate.
Dishwasher oven and a wash machine and many more things are included. 
Only a few minutes walk to the central station. 

!!Important information !! :
Last year we won the process at the huurcomissie because the rent was too high so as for right now until September we pay less rent . In September the decision from the court will be made if the rent stays lower which would mean that the 1000€ rent would be reduced by approximately 300-400 euros but that’s to be seen .
So worst case is that the rent will remain at 1000 excl.  but the chances are good that we will even pay less rent!!
