De kamers, maximaal bewoonbaar door 1 persoon, variëren van 10m2 tot 25m2, hebben allen een keurige afwerking en sommige kamers bieden uitzicht over het centrum of andere delen van de stad. De kamers zijn voorzien van gestucte wanden, laminaat of neutrale vloerbedekking en beschikken sommige kamers over blindering in de vorm van gordijnen. Keuken en sanitair wordt gedeeld met ca. 7 medebewoners. Tevens beschikt het pand over een wasserette met daarin wasmachines en drogers, welke voor iedere bewoner beschikbaar zijn. Als extra service wordt aan alle bewoners van het pand gratis tv en internet aangeboden vanuit de verhuurder.
De huurprijs varieert van een kamer met de afmeting van 10m2 € 330,- tot 25m2 voor € 460,- inclusief voorschot G/W/L, servicekosten. Huurtoeslag is niet mogelijk.

De borgstelling bedraagt tweemaal de maandelijkse inclusief huurprijs.

Naast de bovenvermelde kosten dient éénmalig administratie-/contractkosten te worden voldaan ten bedrage van  € 215,-.

Within minutes you are in the center where you find all facilities such as shops, supermarkets, restaurants and cafes. Also, there are bus stops within walking distance and you are using public transport within 15 minutes at the central station or at the many high school and college Hague. 
The rooms, maximum habitable by one person, are about 10m2 to 25m2 they all have a neat finish and some rooms offer views of downtown and other parts of the city. The rooms have plastered walls, laminate or neutral carpeted floors and some rooms blinding in the form of curtains. Kitchen and bathroom shared by about seven inmates. The property also features a laundry service containing washing machines and dryers, which are available for each resident. As an additional service to all occupants of the property offered for free TV and internet from the landlord. 
The rent of a room the size of ca.10m2 is € 330, - and 25m2 is € 460,- including G / W / L service. Housing allowance is not possible.

The guarantee amounts to twice the monthly inclusive rent.
