About the place

This apartment is located in the heart of Delft on one of the canals.
The apartment features a spacious kitchen-living area, a private bathroom, and a separate bedroom, for your exclusive use. The use of a washing machine and dryer is also included. The rent is fully inclusive and covers gas, water, electricity, and internet.
We are looking for a PhD student or working professional who can move in per the 1st of October. Later is not possible.
The rental period is for a minimum of one year.
