About the place

From the 12th of september available for 1 student. you wil share the appartement with another student of 22 years(master)

I’m a Master’s student at TU Delft and I’m looking for a new roommate to share this spacious and bright apartment with.

You will have two private rooms to yourself: a bedroom and a separate room that is perfect as your own study/work room. We share the living room, kitchen and other facilities in the apartment.

The apartment is in a great location:

🚲 Approx. 5 minutes by bike from TU Delft
🛒 1 minute from the shopping centre and supermarkets
🌿 Spacious and light apartment with a great view
🍳 Fully equipped kitchen and comfortable shared living area
💶 Rent: €1,150 per month [incl. utilities]
no smoking, no pets

Who am I looking for?
I’m looking for someone who is also studying at Bachelor or Master’s level or is in a similar phase of life. Dutch or international is both completely fine.

For me, a good home is somewhere you can both do your own thing and enjoy living together. I’m therefore looking for someone who is:

relaxed, social and sporty, but not looking for a party house. Someone who keeps the apartment tidy, respects each other’s privacy and is non-smoking.

It would be great to occasionally cook or have dinner together, watch a movie or have a drink, while at the same time having our own studies, friends and lives. No obligation to do everything together — just a nice, easy-going atmosphere at home.
