About the place

Start of December 15th 2025, I'm currently looking for a tenant to rent my apartment temporarily for a minimum of six months to a year in the heart of Delft.

The apartment is located on Molslaan, with all shops and restaurants within walking distance. Delft station is a ten-minute walk away.

The apartment is furnished and furnished, and careful maintenance is essential. Adjustments can be made in consultation with the landlord.

The rent includes all additional costs such as sewerage charges, service charges, heating, water, internet etc.
