About the place

Before you start reading the description:
-Available from 01-08-2025, the contract will NOT start later.
-Please don't reply if you can't afford the rent. Also please don't reply if your work contract is ending very soon without an extension.
-No students, only working people.
-If I invite you for a viewing and you are a couple, you will need to come both, not just one.
-Contract minimum is one year, not shorter. There is no possibility for a shorter contract.

There is a private fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and fridge.
Private bathroom which includes a bath, shower, toilet and sink.
Also present in the apartment are a washing machine and dryer. 
There is a seperate sleeping room.
The rent is 1470 including gas, water, electricity and internet, excluding local tax.
