As of the 15th of October, 2025, we will have a fantastic ground-floor apartment available in this multi-tenant building. The apartment is located in a prime spot, right in the center of Delft, along the canal. All amenities are just a few minutes’ walk away.

The apartment features a spacious living room with an open kitchen, a private bathroom, and a bedroom. The entire apartment is equipped with underfloor heating and is modern throughout. Finally, it has a lovely terrace (15m2) by the canal, where you can enjoy the sun for most of the day.

The rent for the apartment is €1,600, with all costs included. We also require a security deposit of one and a half months’ rent, which in this case amounts to €2,400.
