As of October 1st, 2025, we will be delivering a fully renovated, brand-new semi-detached house in the center of Delft.

The location is fantastic! The house is just a 2-minute walk from Bastiaansplein, close to the Zuidpoort of Delft, yet situated on a quiet street. All amenities are within walking distance.

The total living space is approximately 100m², divided across 2 large bedrooms, 1 smaller bedroom, a bathroom, kitchen area, living room, hallway, landing, entrance hall, and a laundry/utility room.

There is also a basement for storage and, as a bonus, a backyard of about 50m² with a bicycle shed.

The house is very suitable for a couple or two working professionals who wish to rent together. The basic rent, including internet, is €2,500 per month, reflecting the very high quality of the property. Utilities such as gas, water and electricity can be arranged by us if desired, but tenants are also free to manage these themselves.

The security deposit is 1.5 times the monthly rent, in this case €3,750, which will be refunded at the end of the rental period.
