Dear candidate,

We will get an apartment available in a very nice location, right opposite of Delft Central Station. The apartment is available from April 1st to May 15th or 30th. This depends on the preference/possibilities of you as a tenant.

The apartment is approx. 29m2 in size and is very basic in terms of furniture. So keep this in mind. Of course, a viewing in advance is possible. In addition to your own apartment, the building also has two lounge areas, a work/study area, a washing and drying room, a communal backyard (50m2) and closed bicycle storage.

The rent is 1,200 euros per month, because it is a temporary rental period. In addition you'll pay a temporary deposit of 1,200 euros.
