Registration is not possible. 
Flexible for the start and end date. For 3months. Preferably from May. 

1450Euros per month and a refundable deposit of 1450 euros with strong references. (this will be returned based on returning  the apartment back in the same condition, clean and no damages). 

Your heating and electricity cost if it exceeds the usual usage will be deducted from the deposit. 
Absolutely no smoking, partying, noisiness or pets allowed. It's a quiet place and neighbors are quiet too. 

Send me a text with your interest, your name, what you do, and why you want the apartment. Detail out the exact period you need it for , your Nationality, age and favourite things to do. Start your message by saying you understand registration is not possible. If your message doesn't have these details-I won't look at it. Thank you
