About the place

Hello!

I’ll be going on exchange from August to December and I’m looking for someone to take over my room during that time. It’s a room in a house located right behind the big church, in the prettiest street in Delft. The room itself is on the second floor, has direct access to the rooftop terrace, and gets plenty of natural light. The house has one toilet, a living room, a kitchen, two bedrooms, a bathroom, a rooftop terrace, a small shed, and a shared garden.

I’ll be leaving my furniture behind during my exchange, so the room already includes a bed, a wardrobe, and a desk. The room is available for subletting, but registration with the municipality is NOT possible. Move-in and move-out dates are flexible and can be discussed.

You’ll be living with my very friendly housemate. We’re looking for someone who is respectful and keeps the house tidy. It’s a calm and cozy home, with a great location in Delft that gives you easy access to everything. Does this sound like something for you? Feel free to get in touch! :)
