A lovely house for rent in Culemborg. Large, comfortable living room, fully equipped kitchen, and a garden. Upstairs, there's one large bedroom, a smaller bedroom, and a nice bathroom. The third floor of the house is currently under construction. Good internet is available.
The house is located in a quiet neighborhood.
Supermarket within cycling distance.
Culemborg train station is a 15-minute walk, from where Utrecht Central Station is a 20-minute walk.

A small sofa and carpet can be arranged for the living room. You can also bring your own sofa.
Bed linens, etc., are all provided.

Conditions
- Take care of the plants. If you don't want this, please agree that I can come and do it myself every week.
- In March 2026, there will be approximately one week of further construction on the third floor. Work will take place during the day. You can stay in the house with a rent reduction for this month. You can, of course, move elsewhere for a week if you prefer.
