A lust for the eye! This "new impressive loft" with a floor space of 243 m2 and an outdoor terrace of 80 m2, where you can live, work and relax. Located in Castricum near the dunes and village center and within walking distance of the NS station and therefore 20 minutes from Amsterdam center or Schiphol.

The house is located in a quiet and child-friendly residential area in Castricum South. The house is centrally located near all conceivable amenities and within cycling distance of the sea, forests, dunes and beaches.
