About the place

This apartment will be available for rent starting September 1, 2025, and will be rented out to students for a period of one year. Master's students are preferred. Please do not respond if you are not a student.

The property has 2 bedrooms and can be shared by a maximum of two students.

The apartment is fully furnished in a modern style. The kitchen is fully equipped (oven/microwave, dishwasher, fridge, pots, pans, plates, and cutlery), and the bathroom is modern with a rain shower and a bathtub. The internet connection is fast and stable.

The spacious living room can be used for working, studying, and relaxing.

The neighborhood is safe and quiet, within biking distance of Erasmus University. Capelsebrug metro station is a 10-minute walk away. There is a Plus supermarket within walking distance and a Lidl within biking distance.

I am looking for serious students, preferably not party animals, as most of the neighbors are elderly.

Gas/water/electricity and internet are not included in the rent.
