Located on the 11th floor, the apartment features two bedrooms, a bright and spacious living room, and a large balcony with a stunning view of the Erasmus Bridge in Rotterdam. The kitchen is fully equipped, including a dishwasher. The apartment also includes a bathroom with a washing machine and a separate toilet.

The apartment is conveniently situated next to Slotlaan metro station, with direct access to Rotterdam city centre in just 10 minutes. The shopping centre De Koperwiek is within walking distance. Free parking is available in front of the building, and the apartment comes with a spacious private storage room.
