We have a well maintained studio for rent on the Nieuwe Haagdijk in Breda. The Nieuwe Haagdijk is a pleasant shopping street. When you follow the street, you are in the center of Breda within a few minutes. A cosy, but bustling historic city.
The Central Station can be reached within 10 minutes by bike and a bus stop is almost in front of the door. Parking options are available, but you must apply for a parking permit from the Municipality of Breda. Universities of applied sciences can be reached within 15 minutes by bike.
The surface of the studio is approximately 17 m². The studio has its own bathroom and toilet and the kitchen is shared with 5 other roommates. In addition, together you share a large garden of approximately 60m2.
The studio is intended for a maximum of 1 person. Pets are not allowed.
The rent is € 700,- including G/W/L and service costs per month. 
Submitting a valid student registration is mandatory for this location. Only students are allowed to live here.
