Het Centraal Station is binnen 10 minuten fietsen te bereiken en een bushalte staat bijna voor de deur. Parkeermogelijkheden zijn aanwezig, maar hiervoor dien je een parkeervergunning aan te vragen bij Gemeente Breda. Hogescholen zijn binnen 15 minuten fietsen bereikbaar.
De oppervlakte van de studio is circa 33 m². De studio heeft een eigen badkamer en WC. Keuken deel je met 5 medebewoners. Daarnaast deel je samen een grote tuin van circa 60m2.
De studio is bestemd voor maximaal 1 student. Huisdieren zijn niet toegestaan.
De huurprijs bedraagt € 925,- inclusief G/W/L en servicekosten per maand. De waarborgsom bedraagt tweemaal de huurprijs.

The Central Station can be reached within 10 minutes by bike and a bus stop is almost in front of the door. Parking options are available, but you must apply for a parking permit from the Municipality of Breda. Universities of applied sciences can be reached within 15 minutes by bike.
