Aan de Ginnekenstraat hebben wij een 2-kamer appartement te huur. Vanuit de voordeur sta je direct de hoofdstraat van het winkelgedeelte van Breda centrum. Breda barst van de gezelligheid en heeft velen bars en cafés. Aan het centrum ligt park Valkenberg waar jong en oud te vinden zijn. De bioscoop en theater zitten op loopafstand.
De bereikbaarheid is uitstekend. Bushaltes zitten om de hoek en het Centraal Station bereik je lopend binnen 15 minuten. Een parkeerplaats zit op het einde van de straat. Echter dien je hiervoor wel een vergunning bij de gemeente aan te vragen.
De indeling van het appartement is als volgt:Woonkamer met open keuken, 25 m²Bijkamer, 10 m²Zolder, 20 m²
Huurprijs per maand bedraagt € 1000,- exclusief G/W/L en servicekosten. Het is geschikt voor maximaal 2 personen.
Huurtoeslag is niet mogelijk. Huisdieren zijn niet toegestaan.
De borg is gelijkgesteld aan tweemaal de huurprijs.

At the Ginnekenstraat we have a 2-room apartment for rent. From the front door you are directly on the main street of the shopping area of Breda center. Breda is bursting with cosiness and has many bars and cafes. Park Valkenberg is located in the center where young and old can be found. The cinema and theater are within walking distance.
The accessibility is excellent. Bus stops are around the corner and Central Station can be reached within 15 minutes on foot. A parking lot is at the end of the street. However, you must apply for a permit from the municipality for this.
