Superb, comfortable, fully furnished, well insulated holiday home located in a in a quiet neighborhood between Bennekom and Wageningen and only 20 minutes to WUR campus (by bike). The cottage has a living room with open kitchen and two bedrooms, conservatory at the entrance. Facilities: There is private parking space, washing machine, dryer and a covered storage for bikes. The cottage has dishwasher and it is fully equipped and furnished (including sheets, towels, etc.). Preferences for tenant: guest researchers / professionals / post-docs or PhD students at WUR or one of the other research and academic education institutes. Non-smoker. Price per month: € 1360 plus 142 euro utilities (gas, electricity, water, internet, cable TV). Rental also includes 2 bikes. (1 electric bike) Available for long term rent. The holiday park includes restaurant, playgrounds, exercise machines, pool, reception.
