The apartment is 50 m² and consists of two rooms, a separate kitchen, a bathroom, and a hallway. The kitchen is brand new and fully equipped: dishwasher, oven, fridge, and a Quooker tap. A washing machine is located in the hallway.

The rent is €1,400 per month (including gas, water, electricity, and internet). Available Oct. 1, 2025. The rental contract is in principle for a fixed term (one year). The apartment is suitable for two students, a couple, or an expat. (Partially) furnished in consultation.
