Location: Assen, travell time to Groningen city is: 7 min walking to the intercity train
station of Assen, from there there are 4x per hour trains to Groningen
main station ( 17 min) ( and also direct trains to Zwolle/Utrech/Amsterdam).
Conditions: The price is 1150 euro / month, suitable for 2 people  The price is all-in, fair use. So including utilities / water /
gas / electric/ internet, it is possible to subscribe to the address.
It is possible to come in person or do a video call where i will also show the street ( that you
can compare with google street view ) a contract can be signed during a video call with ID that will match the dutch bank account.
The house has good locks  & It is possible to take a look in person or do a video call ( where the studio / street will be shown),
