My nice upstairs house in the Spoorhoek is looking for a resident for 2 months from March 1 to May 1, 2025 (because I am in Asia with my backpack) The house is 41 square meters and feels more spacious because it is spread over 2 floors. You have everything to yourself including a small roof terrace to enjoy the first rays of sunshine of 2025. It is also possible to rent as a couple. The house is located in a nice central location between Sonsbeek and the center and the station is a short 10-minute walk. The rental is negotiable with or without the sweetest cat in the world (this also makes consultation about the rental price possible), the exact dates can also be discussed.
