About the place

I am looking for two (2) tenants (can also be a couple/family) for my fully furnished 2-bedroom maisonette apartment in the city center of Apeldoorn, effective January 1st, 2025.

I currently have two (2) tenants in my apartment; the first one is moving out on November 1st, and the last one is moving out on December 1st.

The maisonette apartment has two floors: 1) a living area and roof terrace, and 2nd) bedrooms and a bathroom. The living area measures 80 m², with an additional 20 m² roof terrace. The apartment has an A-grade energy performance certificate.

You can reach Apeldoorn train station on foot in 3 minutes. In an 8-minute walk, you will get to the city center with stores, restaurants, and bars.

No smokers or pets, please.

The price includes one parking spot (a second one is optional) and building service charges (including a Maintenance contract for the boiler). You will be responsible for paying for your gas, water, electricity, internet, and municipal taxes.
