It’s a bright, newly renovated, ca 60m² with a large balcony, two bedrooms (one large and one smaller, also suitable as an office), and large living room with 40” TV, sofa (which can be converted into a sofa bed for visitors), and dinner table. The kitchen (fully equipped) and main bedroom has separate accesses to the balcony. 

There’s a large bathroom with a shower and toilet accessible from  the main bedroom, as well as a second small bathroom with a toilet.
