Renting out this entire two bedroom apartment located in Amsterdam Oost. It comes furnished (big furniture, most seen in these photos). Dishwasher and washing machine are also included. Has a private balcony in the back. The bathroom has both a bath and a shower. 

Located in a great area on a quiet street. But in a popular spot near tons of shops, bars and restaurants. 2 parks near by, and a great running canal trail. Also near two train stations muiderpoort and Amstel station, and also a metro.

Bills are excluded in monthly rent and based on the renters consumption. Previous tenants were at around 150€ per month. 

Looking for long term renters, but contract is signed for 1 year with possibility to extend. Deposit of 6 weeks is required, will be refunded at the end of the stay.

Apartment available as of February 1st. I am coming back from holidays next week and plan to schedule viewings then. Exact date and time unknown as I need to confirm it with current tenants to not disturb them😊
