About the place

From June 28th to the first days of October, I’m renting out my recently renovated apartment, located in a quiet and well-connected area.

The apartment is 45 square meters and includes:
	•	A spacious open-plan living area with kitchen and lounge, full of natural light and with direct access to a sunny balcony.
	•	Private entrance.
	•	Modern bathroom with shower, sink, toilet, washing machine and dryer.
	•	Quiet bedroom facing the building’s inner garden – ideal for rest and relaxation.

You’ll also have access to my private garden, where you can safely store a bicycle.

No pets allowed. No smoking inside.
