About the place

This appartment is temporary available from now untill 31 October 2026. In the Netherlands temporary rental contracts are only possible for some specific target groups. Please read carefully and only react if you fall into these categories. See the explanation at the bottom of this description.   

Bright and spacious modern apartment in a quiet street near the University of Amsterdam, the vibrant Dappermarkt, cafes and restaurants, the Tropenmuseum and Oosterpark. The city centre district is around the corner where you can walk to the mill or Artis within a few minutes.   

This apartment is offered unfurnished. Maintenance was done in September 2022. The apartment has a fully equipped modern kitchen and a balcony on the sunny southside. The two sleeping rooms are located at the quiet backside of the appartment and count with velvet black out curtains and atmosphere light. Beside the two bedrooms the apartment counts with a small room to store clothes or other belongings. On the ground floor, the apartment has a private storage of 6m2 including lighting.  

The kitchen has a tiled floor and plenty of storage space in the white / gloss cabinets and is equipped with:  
* ATAG dishwasher  
* ATAG oven/microwave combination  
* ATAG 4-burner gas stove  
* ATAG extractor hood 
* ATAG fridge with freezer  

In the bathroom you will find:  
* a rain shower with normal shower.

The rental price does not include costs for gas, water and electricity. Internet and energy contract should be arranged by the tenant.  

Restrictions: this apartment is temporarily available from now untill 31 October 2026 and is therefore only available for the following target groups:   
* students from a municipality other than Amsterdam, this includes international students. 
* tenants who temporarily live elsewhere due to urgent work or renovation of their home,   
* urgent home seekers (read the explanation below if you think you fall into this group)   
* surviving relatives who have to leave their previous home.   
* divorced parents

One contract will be issued to a maximum of two people, registration and occupancy is possible for a maximum of two people (children not included).
