About the place

Our beautiful apartment will be available at the Oostenburg at the end of May. I am placing the apartment on Kamernet as a tenant; because we as tenants are allowed to nominate someone. I am emphatically not the landlord and he ultimately decides whether the person will also get the apartment permanently. We would like to nominate someone, because it is a new-build apartment and we had to make investments ourselves (laying PVC flooring, hanging roller blinds) and we would like to have them taken over in consultation with the new tenant.
