* Details: Ground floor with private entrance, approx. 50m², well-maintained garden of approx. 20m², charming loft-like layout featuring a cozy bed nook with French louvered doors.

* Location: Near Rembrandt Park, within walking distance of various cafes and restaurants, a gym, and well-connected by public transport.

* Period: 3 months (December 25 - March 25)

* Fully equipped (utilities, internet) and includes a cleaner! :)
