Strong preference for a tidy, clean and vegetarian person who prefers peace and quiet at home and is willing to water 15 plants every 8-9 days at most.
Rent and space are for one person only, 1300 euro per month 
Rent includes: good internet connection, kitchen equipment, washing machine.
Rent does not include: electricity and gas consumption, bed linen and "consumables".
1 month deposit + 200 Euro for utilities
