Really nice studio/apartment on the top floor of a typically Amsterdam building in the Old-West area of the city. The apartment will be 30m2. The rental price will be 1475 excluding and 1575 euro including gas, electricity, water and WiFi. The deposit is 2500 euro. The rental period is maximum 24 months under a student “campus” contract. If you are not a student there is no change you get the apartment cause of regulations, sorry!
