In the cosy Oud West district of Amsterdam, my flat becomes available for rent. The flat is comfortable and located in a quiet place. It is available from Monday 01 September 2025 to 31 December 2025 with possibility of extention.

Located just a five-minute walk from the Vondelpark and ten minutes from the Leidseplein. It is easily accessible by tram 1, 7 and 17. It is located close to Jan Piet Heijstraat between the Kinkerstraat and Overtoom, which provides many conveniences in daily life: shops, Food Halen, cinema,.....

The flat has some nice features: it is quiet and safe, with a bedroom for two, a spacious living room with a sofa bed, open kitchen, extra/work room and a balcony overlooking a beautiful canal. The area is 65m² and it has a separate WC from the bathroom. Wifi is also available. It is on the fourth floor of a building with lift, and there is a bike shed.

The rent is 2,000 euros per month, excluding energy and water charges. NB : Due to an old 2021 contract, energy and gas prices are relatively low.
