About the place

In the cosy Oud West district of Amsterdam, my flat becomes available for rent in the month of February 2025. The flat is comfortable and located in a quiet place, perfect for those who want to stay in the city temporarily. It is available from Monday 27 January to Sunday 2 March 2025, a period of five weeks.

Located just a five-minute walk from the beautiful Vondelpark and ten minutes from the lively Leidseplein, the flat has the ideal location. Moreover, it is easily accessible by tram 1, 7 and 17 and is close to Kinkerstraat, which provides many conveniences in daily life: shops, Food Halen, cinema.....

The flat has some nice features: it is quiet and safe, with a bedroom for two, a spacious living room with a sofa bed for two, open kitchen and a balcony overlooking a beautiful canal. The area is 60m² and it has a separate WC from the bathroom. Of course, fast wifi is also available. It is on the fourth floor of a building with lift, and there is a bike shed for added convenience.

The rent is 1,600 euros for four weeks or 2,000 euros for five weeks, excluding energy and water charges. Due to an old 2021 contract, energy and gas prices are relatively low, making it even more attractive.
