About the place

The apartment is available for the entire month of November. The property is located in IJburg and was built last year. It includes all the necessary items one would need to live. Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment, but fortunately, there are two balconies to smoke on. The property is only a 15-minute tram ride from Amsterdam Central Station. 
The nearest tram stop is just a 10-minute walk from your door. Several bus lines also service the area, all just minutes away. While the apartment is intended for a single tenant, we are willing to discuss renting it to two people.
