Apartment on second floor of a monumental building on the Spuistraat, minutes from Dam square, the canals and Central Station. The street-facing studio at the front and the backside space with small separate bedroom each have their own modern kitchen. They share a bathroom in the hallway that connects the two spaces. The apartment has a lockable shared front door, but the two semi-independent living spaces have their own lockable front doors as well. The backside space looks directly onto neighbours windows. While most parts of the interior have been renovated, the original single glass windows have not yet been approved for replacement (due to the monumental status).
