About the place

I am going abroad for several months for work and am looking for a couple or 2 friends to rent my flat in the meantime. 

My deployment is in principle until October but very likely to be postponed to sometime in Q1 of 2026. I hear definitively 3 months before I have to return to the Netherlands. 

The flat is super close to bos en lommer square, so all shops and conveniences like Albert Heijn, Vomar, HEMA, Kruidvat basic fit, yoga studio, food tents are less than 5 minutes' walk away. Is also close to the tram.

I am looking for quiet working people with a 9-5 routine, who are neat and clean.

There are two bedrooms, one which has a double bed and the other is smaller bed. The other room could also be used as a home office in case of a couple. There is also 1 bathroom and a separate toilet.
