The apartment located in a hundred year old building on a quiet side street in the hip de Pijp , next to the Amstel river , Van woustraat . Within 15 minutes walk you will be in the most historical center. The apartment has been fully equipped with modern furniture and a luxury kitchen . It has a private entrance on the ground floor and It is has a patio in the back . It is good for one person or a couple. 
The rental price would be 100 euro extra if there is a second person stays. Utility is around 200 euro per month extra. Let me know if you are interested . Registration can be discussed.
