- 5min walk to Westpark (great for Jogging)
- Perfect fit for a single person
- The flat is fully furnished and has everything you need
- Rent is €1800/monthly, all-inclusive (utilities, internet, tax, etc.). I lower the rent as I want to rent it asap. I prefer the person who wants to stay here for the whole period.
