Temporary contract for students only. Duration is flexible, preference is ~1 or 2 years. Registration is possible.

Apartment for rent with three bedrooms. The kitchen, bathroom and toilet have recently been renovated. The apartment is furnished with 2 beds with matrasses of 140cm each, and a desk table. 

I am looking for a very tidy students. I am open to the main tenant sharing the apartment with others. Please note that in case of apartment sharing, I only sign one contract with the main tenant.

Preference is given to a candidate that is able to do part cash payments and part bank transfers.

No pets and smoking is not allowed inside the apartment. Smoking can be done outside on the tiny balcony-sized garden.
