About the house:

The location is ideal for families or professionals relocating to the Netherlands for work.
The house was recently renovated and is fully furnished, spanning three floors. On the first floor, there’s an open-plan living area with a sofa bed and a kitchen. The kitchen opens to a cozy veranda that overlooks a pleasant backyard, and the entire floor benefits from plenty of natural light. The house also has a front yard. The second floor includes a bedroom with a double bed, TV and a wardrobe, a smaller bedroom with a crib for a baby or toddler, and a desk for working from home. There’s also a bathroom with a shower (no bath). The third floor is an attic that can be used for storage or as an additional room with a sofa bed, suitable for kids or guests. The house is equipped with a floor-heating system in the living room, separate thermostats for the upstairs radiators, WiFi, TV, a microwave, oven, washing machine, and dishwasher.

About the area:

The house is located in a serene and green residential area in Tuindorp Oostzaan, close to NDSM. It’s well-connected by public transport (bus stop 100m), offering an easy commute to Amsterdam’s Central Station and city center, which are only 15-20 minutes away. The neighborhood is well-equipped with family-friendly amenities like a public swimming pool for children, multiple playgrounds and dog-walking paths. There is also a general practitioner (doctor + pharmacy), and several grocery stores which you can reach in 5 minutes by bike or by bus.
