Dear reader, I rent out my cozy apartment in Amsterdam South East, given I will be travelling for 3 months. The apartment has a separate bedroom and large balcony. Since you are on the 11th floor you have a panoramic view of Amsterdam. It is important to me that the tenant (preferably female) is neat, calm and can take good care of my plants :).
