Room to rent in an 87m2 stylish, double storey apartment on the quiet Saenredamstraat in De Pijp. Bars, restaurants, Albert Heijn, Jumbo, Dirk and other shops within a 5 min walk, as is the De Pijp Metro station and tram. Sarphati Park is a 10 min walk away. Schiphol is 25 min door to door.

The room is 11m2, fully furnished, on the same floor as the shared bathroom (with bath and shower) and the main bedroom. 

The tidy apartment is fitted with all modern amenities, including a dishwasher, washing machine and dryer. There is also a balcony and garden.  

You will be sharing with me, the gay 44 year old owner, and my two dogs - a Boston Terrier and a Beagle. I work from home, and am looking for someone who is neat and tidy. You are welcome to use all of the shared spaces.
